Foundation repairs making a home foundation better than new.

The DynaPier® piers are an exceptional way to fix your foundation a make it actually stronger than when it was built. These piers combine steel and concrete for a maximum support and durability.

How the DynaPier® System Works

The DynaPier® segments are hydraulically driven into the ground one at a time. After one pier segment is driven, another segment is connected to the foundation pier, and the process is repeated until the foundation pier hits bedrock or a dense strata of subsurface material providing maximum support. The foundation pier is then topped with a steel cap, and finally, the house is lifted and secured to the foundation pier.

The DynaPier® system is installed directly beneath the load/footing and foundation, with no loose shimmed components that can allow for slippage, ALL parts are connected to form a monolithic unit.

DynaPier vs. the Offset Steel Pier

When it is time to fix your home’s foundation it is important to make an informed decision to protect your biggest investment. But there are many choices when it comes to foundation piers and with so much information, choosing the correct pier can be a difficult task. So how do you know which pier to choose? We compared our foundation pier to the offset steel pier to show homeowners why the DynaPier® is the best choice. It was built to last forever, and the technology and engineering behind the DynaPier® is far superior to any other foundation pier on the market.

The Comparison

Take a look at the comparison between the offset steel pier and the DynaPier®.

  • The DynaPier® is constructed of steel and filled with high-strength concrete which makes it extremely strong. We combined the strength of steel and concrete to create a super pier. The offset steel piers have hollow steel tubing, and are constructed of only steel, so it is not nearly as strong as the DynaPier®.

  • The DynaPier® is placed directly underneath the foundation, which means loads are transferred through a single vertical axis which alleviates any fail points. With the offset steel pier the loads do not transfer directly onto the pier, therefore the spot directly under the bracket is vulnerable to breaking and will buckle under pressure.

  • The offset steel pier has a steel bracket with up to a four inch offset which allows for buckling directly beneath the brace.

  • Most companies that use the offset steel piers use large excavating equipment to install them, which can be invasive to a homeowner’s property and increase the potential for property damage. The DynaPier® does not require the use of any large excavating equipment to install our piers, which means our installation process is not nearly as invasive on the property.
